Chapter Ten: The New Old Boys from the ARPAnet Time-sharing research caused a kind of schism in the corporate research field. The first-generation priesthood seemed to be missing out on the inside action, for a change. Companies that paid attention to the time-sharing experience gained in the long run. It made Digital Equipment the “second name” in the industry. DEC paid attention to the ARPA-funded work and hired people when they got out of school, and profited from time-sharing.

A GRAND UNIFIED THEORY

Created and Written by Daniel M. Kirchmann LUXON THEORY © 1982 by Daniel Kirchmann Kirchmann
The theory only made sense, that is, gave finite predictions for measurable effects, if it was written so that each and every fundamental particle had zero mass.

Eleven Science Questions for the New Century

The quality of a theory is the relation between basic assumptions and derivations.

The luxon theory is able to summarize the law of conservation of energy, the special theory of relativity, E=mc2, and the fundamental physical concepts of mass and energy into only three words:

tardyons are luxons

http://www.tardyon.de/

In Albert Einstein’s universe there are four dimensions: length, breadth, width, and time.
For Einstein, objects in space ocur three dimensions but these three dimensions are not constants.
Einstein called the three dimensions (lenght, breadth and width) “space” and considered “time” as a fourth dimension that interacts dynamically with the other three, and not just as a passive maesering divece.
Einstein determent that all four components (lenght, breadth, width and time) of his cosmology were not constants but were variable depending upon velocity.
Einstein needed a constant in order to be able to measure the shift of the structure of time / space and matter. He determined that the constant was the maximum speed of light. The “law of physics” that determines the mechanics of atomic structure in motion, according to Einstein is E=MC².
His theory established “light speed” as the maximum speed limit in the universe.
Einstein’s cosmology also suggests that light follows the path of least recistance and operates in two diffirent wats depending upon the mediom through which it is moving. Light moves either as particals or waves.
It moves as waves without the presence of matter and it moves as particals when matter is present. In other words, light temporarily accommodates itself according to the medium in which it is traveling.

As velocity increases, time expands (goes slower).
This means that “velocity” is variable in two directions (slower or faster).
You cannot have a negative velocity (minus 2000 miles per hour) so,
according to Einstein, ” time ” has an identity with velocity, which is that you can neither go “backwards” in ” time ” nor can you have a “negative velocity”.
Light is “trapped” in black holes [think toraado or hurrinca, with sparks]
and must remain there until there is a nuclear reaction that creates an enormous explosion and scatters the matter throughout the universe and releases the trapped energy.

In fact, this enormous explosion is presently considered (by some) to be how the universe was created. We call this explosion a “Big Bang” which is measured by Einstein’s E = MC² or…the Energy released is equal to the mass of

a black hole times the speed of light squared. BOOM!

Programs

It is theorized that light cannot be stopped (Einstein) because light is thought of having “no mass” and its nature is to move, so, eventually, the “trapped light” would cause some kind of reaction (fussion?) that would cause its release from the confines of infinite mass. Fundamentally, it seems that a black hole is a precursor to a star like our Sun. Hawking theorizes additionally, that a spacecraft entering the outer envelope (“Event Horizon”) of a black hole would appear, to viewers observing the spacecraft from a great distance, to slow down to the point that ” Time “, as we know it, would appear to stop. The spacecraft passengers would experience no temporal distortion but would, according to Hawking, “be squashed into spaghetti” because of the infinitely crushing gravitational field of the black hole. This scenario seems to be somewhat reminiscent of Christopher Columbus’ crew fearing falling off the edge of the Earth. Anyhow, time, as we know it, in theory, stops in a black hole. The overall conclusion is that a black hole is a massive accumulation of matter that is invisible (because it does not reflect light), outside of temporal considerations (because time stands still inside of it) and it is (perhaps) traveling invisibly at near the speed of light because Einstein determined that matter attains infinite mass as its velocity approaches light speed. A black hole is a super paradox because it crushes our laws of physics and quantum mechanics into spaghetti. So, the question is, “If light cannot be stopped (Einstein), and if light is trapped inside of a black hole (Hawking) where time has stopped then what is it that happens to the velocity of light without the presence of time? In other words, how do you measure “light speed” without having time as a part of the equation? It is at this juncture (paradox) that Einstein and Hawking part company. If light stops in a black hole (Hawking) then time must stop also (Einstein interpreted). Conclusion: If black holes exist then a pure black hole would be virtually invisible because its ONLY interaction with external space would be a massive warp in the space/time continuum. A black hole could only be detected by observing light being bent and slowed down (warped) as it passed by the (far) outside of the event horizon (outer envelope) of the black hole. What does all of this mean? First, it indicates that the universe, as we know it, is a vast vortex of energy. Secondly, it indicates that matter is congealed energy that experiences temporal distortions (time going faster) within its particular environment (locale). Thirdly, it indicates (suggests) that light (energy) prefers a “non-material” environment and its natural physic is to “seek” release from the confines of matter.

—HIS INTELIGENCE— http://www.geocities.com/einstein_library/index.htm

Everybody thinks that Albert Einstein’s IQ was very high, but this is deffinitly not the case, his adult IQ was just above 160.

He was deffinitly a genius,

but this was not primarily due to his IQ, but his amazing level on transcendental thinking.

Transcendental (= raised, sublime) thinking means that he can raise his thinking (i.e. the paths it takes) above the ordinary level.

Basically it means that he was extremely creative and imaginative. An IQ score is a combination of brainspeed and brainpower.

You have a certain amount of time to take an IQ test, but if you don’t mind the time and just make the test and take more time than allowed, you can score up to 30 points higher.

So Albert Einstein’s IQ was just above 160 (which is also very high) but he takes his time and he raises his thinking to an amazing level and then you can compare him to somebody with an IQ of 200.

So Einstein had a lot of brainpower but his brainspeed compared to brainpower was low.

This is a preview :
This work is dedicated to the “secret” MKULTRA, neurological weapons test
and other victims of destructive DoD sponsored tests on Americans and the International community throughout
the last few decades. We know the truth. The world will listen. This technology belongs to the
world and not the few corrupt men irresponsibly using it now.
Preface
The Declaration of Independence states “whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends (life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness), it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government….
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”
I have great pride in the fundamental and constitutional values of America and mean no disrespect by my blasting the incompetence, apathy, and stupidity of those involved in the conspiracy of involuntary biological, chemical, and psychotronic human effects testing. There are so many brave men and women serving in the armed forces who fight and protect us for the American values they believe in. But because of the silos of information called compartmentalization in the security agencies and the lack of accountability and oversight of black operations and some top secret projects, diabolical elements become rogue or worse destroying the very country they are tasked with protecting turning it into a hypocracy rather than a democracy.
My goal is to awaken Americans to the continued horrific acts of military and CIA weapons testers in this country and the other branches of governments inability to stop them and hold them accountable.
KGB Russian scientists openly discuss their research on their populations using psychotronics. Their country was able to respond by passing the strictest electromagnetic energy limiting laws on the planet. Russia is more free than America in many respects. If terrorism was meant to make America implode from paranoia and allow the military elements to silently install martial law then it worked. Look at the number of dollars spent and the number of freedoms lost including the ability get to real news. Talk to someone who has come back from Iraq for starters. I have not figured out how so many important news stories get suppressed by the few megacorporations that own most mass media channels.
All I ask from the reader of this web site is to listen to testimony and validate facts presented here and come to their own conclusion. . All the torture can be done using directed energy psychotronic psi weapons, much of the research coming out of the Star Wars Defense Initiative budget.
I apologize to the human race for any contribution to these 4th generation weapons that I may have worked on that are more horrific than the nuclear bomb and whose cover-up is more pervasive than the Manhattan Project. And because of the horrific acts of violence being committed on as many as two thousand Americans as far as my research has uncovered and many others in other countries, I understand the extreme risk to my own welfare that publishing this material will have. But freedom is so important to me that I know full heartedly that the human race must have an open discussion on these weapons to decide their own fate before the point of decision is gone, that I am willing to risk divulging so called national secrets.
All I offer you is the truth.
All information presented in this book was received through legitimate channels such as the Freedom of Information Act, military documents, victim testimony, and turned agents.
The book that the CIA and military desperately tried to stop from being written and published.
With knowledge comes responsibility.
I offer you only the truth.
The writer of this book was a department of defense scientist and unwittingly helped build a world wide network of bioelectromagnetic weaponry being improperly used for anti-democratic principles.
The secrets of the CIA and total mind control revealed, part of the unfolding of the so called “New World Order” agenda as
[]resident Bush once referred to it.

Introduction
The words “conspiracy theorist” are frequently used to discredit government whistle blowers because of the connotations associated with the words as being paranoid and catering to fantasy. No matter how outrageous my claims may sound and how out of sync it may be with your view of the gentle U.S., I assure you that what I tell you is not fantasy nor paranoid fiction. I am merely reporting the United States’s deepest kept secret technology being abused by those that hide behind the curtain of secrecy playing god.
What is a conspiracy? It is simply an agreement of individuals to keep a secret for their own benefit. What does the military and secret intelligence agencies do? By definition, they are part of a conspiracy for good or for evil depending on your point of view.
My Bio
Call me the Manchurian. I am the all American – prep school, Harvard College graduating with honors in computer science and a
minor in premedical studies, and advanced degrees from Harvard and Dartmouth in business and science. My famous ancestors are President Lincoln, King Duncan of Scotland, and Governor William Bradford, the first governor of Massachusetts.
My research interests have been neural networks, virtual reality, and EEG controlled robotics. Before graduate school I worked for the Department of Defense, Navy, NATO, and various intelligence agencies. I have done business consulting and computer consulting for the largest companies in the world.
My projects have included algorithms for Echelon and CIA natural language parsing and classification of document content, IRS formula for red flagging audits, writing the artificial intelligence code to automate tracking of the Soviet Nuclear Submarine Fleet and all water vassals, work integrating HAARP with SIGINT SIGCOM and SPAWAR. I have worked on projects for the Justice Department connecting local, state, and federal databases for the tracking of terrorists. I developed a system for the FBI to track license plates past toll booths and other locations. A system I worked on called Snyper is operational in Iraq which triangulates on intercity conflict gun shots. I have been to several secret bases in the so called free world. I have developed telemedicine robotic surgery and virtual reality applications for the Army. For DARPA, I have worked on satellite computer vision target tracking applications and tank simulation as well as integration of the land, sea, and air surveillance systems like Sossus, towed arrays, and others. I wrote my thesis on computer generated holography and worked on projects making paralyzed people walk again using choreographed stimulated muscles movements. My current research involves finding a cure for the mind control and bioelectromagnetic weapons fiasco, i.e. Anti-psychotronics, by attending world conferences on the topic like this one http://www.ure.cas.cz/events/.
My apologize to the human race for my contribution to tyranny.
I was tricked into thinking it would not be misused by corrupt government especially in my beloved country. I was wrong. The Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate has Skip Green on the governing board. One of my old colleagues at a technology think tank in Cambridge partly in charge of the radio frequency weapons testing for neurological disruption now torturing people worldwide. Several other Navy and UK Navy scientists have been knocked-off and that is why I have come forward. I know my time maybe near. I am currently a professor in computer science and business, helping to educate the public on government corruption, greed, and stupidity. Like my ancestor Lincoln, I am fighting against mental slavery in a new Civil War engineered by the same useless elements in over 80 government agencies who fed radiation to unsuspecting Americans for 30 years.
Myths sponsored by the military
The Philadelphia Experiment
The myth goes like this. The Navy conducted an experiment with a ship that would transport it in time and make it invisible. The ship disappeared and no one saw it again. In reality, this was one of the first experiments in radar cloaking technology. The vessels halls were draped with vertical and horizontal wires which canceled electromagnetic energies directed at them, thereby making it invisible to radar and a particular part of the EM spectrum. The ship of course was still visible with binoculars. But this is a good example of the power of the propaganda disinformation machine.
Alien autopsies and spaceship crashes
Area 51 was the classic setting for duping the public into this long standing myth, setting the stage for countless atrocities committed against citizens. Initially, isolated rednecks were the target of human experimentation because they were easily discredited. Their boldness has stepped up in the last decade conducting “alien abductions” to a politician, FBI agents, military personnel, professors, a New York city cop, etc. They have been successfully at discrediting these people in the media. The BBC wrote that over twenty five million Americans believe they had alien contact. I haven’t done my own survey to validate this rather large number but it matches with the capability of the EEG heterdyning system in place since the mid seventies.
UFOs
There are two types of military exercises that people report as UFO sightings: experimental aircraft designs being tested and directed energy weapons.
With EMP weapons (electromagnetic pulse), you can stall a car. People involved in UFO sightings with black helicopters flying by, often reported that their cars stalled and their radio started changing stations. Directed energy weapons alter the radio frequency modulations and would have this effect.
A phenomenon known to scientists that work with high energy physics is “air sparking” or atmospheric excitation. When the energy density becomes great enough, the Nitrogen and other molecules will begin to glow. So an uneducated observer will see a bright bluish ball in the sky, zipping around at improbable velocities.
Chem trails
I am not an expert on chem trails so I can’t speak to all their purposes. Spraying Barium or aluminum particles in the air will act as a radar shield and are experiments in cloaking technology since countries have figured out how to track the stealth bomber by using the background cellphone radiation from satellites.
Chem sprays can also be used to test biological weapons like was done over San Francisco in the 70s and the reason Olsen was killed by the CIA. Other operations have included using chemical tracers by lightly dusting an area that can be fluoresced in some invisible wavelength. Long term health risks are unknown.
Bermuda Triangle
I have no evidence from military documents released through the Freedom of Information Act to support my inference about the mysteries surrounding this area other than one of the largest terrestrial radar dishes exists on the island of Bermuda near Ross Perot’s estate. Take a helicopter ride over the island to view it. The descriptions by pilots effected and downed by violent and strange electromagnetic forces that would spin their compass needles and interfere with their navigation instrumentation are classic side effects of directed energy weapons and in particular scalar weapons.
Some people might speculate if JFK junior’s plane wasn’t downed in a similar fashion and assassinated like his father. Short of a confession, it will be impossible to prove the exact sequence of causalities leading to these tragedies and therefore will reside in the realms of conspiracy theory and speculation.
Psychic Warfare Unit at the Pentagon
Lin Buchanan and colleagues have written up their experiences as psychic warriors for the military. Unbeknownst to them, was the fact that they were EEG heterodyned for their psychic feats. This is why the military doesn’t care that a top secret project is now extensively written about by these Guinea pigs. It was a secrecy layer to ensure that they promoted more nonsense about mystical psychic phenomenon to cover up the truth about the science behind mind melding.
Psychological experimentation cover-ups
Brain chip implants
Several military personnel who were considered disobedient were committed to psychiatric hospitals where brain implant experiments were conducted on them. These atrocities were covered up and people who had them surgically removed were systematically discredited by the usual formula. Scientific America September or October of 2005 had an article about Delgado who conducted much of the human brain chip implants and lobotomies touting him as the father of this field. He came out of hiding from Spain back to San Diego where secret psychotronic experiments are rumored to be conducted. Satanic Ritual Abuse cults are fairly common down there. Let us not forget the atrocities committed, covered up, then later talked about like they were heroes for doing it. He uttered the phrase of the conspiracy when asked if brain modulation can be done wirelessly, “That’s science fiction.”
Splitting personalities
I found many disinformation websites that had a list of the biggest hoaxes of the twentieth century, listing much of what I am talking about here. One they mentioned was that multiple personality disorder doesn’t exist. CIA sponsored research on this topic has been going on for decades for the purposes of both to activate Manchurian candidates and to allow agents to infiltrate other countries security agencies and still pass the lie detector tests about their loyalties and background through hypnosis and splitting personalities. The EEG heterodyning mind melding also allows control of the classic polygraph responses as well as the newer brain printing technologies in a much more precise and predictable manner. Polygraphs and courtroom processes need to be conducted in labs that are electromagnetically shielded as well as having monitoring equipment for psychotronic signals interfering with the justice process.
Finally, just a mention on how elements of the executive branch have stolen democracy from us. Because freedom of speech was granted to people in order to protect us from military coups and tyranny, they bypass this right by flooding the mass media and Internet with noise and disinformation to the point that one’s message can not be heard – a clever way to rationalize destroying this important safeguard of democracy. Short of silencing everyone and protests through licenses and permits to congregate publicly, they have done the equivalent of blasting rock music and white noise at public speaking events so nobody can hear the truth through media control and flooding the Internet with disinformation.
Electronic Warfare and Spying Capabilities
With a satellite constellation, microwatt and lower EM power energies can be picked up on Earth or when viewing away from Earth, quasars from 9 billion light years away can be magnified. This enables the capability to easily intercept cell phone calls or jam them, grab any security RF entry remote code such as alarm systems and car locking mechanism, or even pick up speakers from land lines or radios. One technique developed uses ionizing microwaves or naturally occurring atmospheric ions to pick up speech or sounds from any location from the movement of these ions vibrating with air pressure. Wireless 802.11b&g hacking from satellites is done and whose request for this capability is in the Navy’s DARPA project agenda
The Science
In the late 1960s, the U.S. embassy in Russian was bombarded day and night with microwaves. The U.S. pretended not to notice and brought in their top scientists from DARPA to investigate why they might be doing this. The results began a new secret race between the Russians and U.S. to develop a world wide mind reading and controlling system. TAMI (thought amplification and mind interface) was born.
Delgado and other butchers who did early work on brain implants discovered that they could influence animals and people just by inducing an electric current within and even on the surface of the brain. Monkeys at Duke University were trained to play a video game with just their minds and control robot hands. A bull was remote controlled by a stimuceiver built by Delgado. Back in 1995, I controlled a robot using EEG output from my brain.
Today people’s thoughts can be read and controlled through wireless means, simply using electromagnetic frequencies. Every material of a similar density and consistency acts as an antenna. A specific electromagnetic resonance frequency and harmonics can interact with every organ, cellular layer, skeletal structure, and even molecular type. For example an adult body has a EM resonance frequency around 80Mhz and their heads around 450 Mhz.1

Hacking the Human Mind
Short of writing a full manual for the CIA MKULTRA mind control program that has been going on for the last few decades, I will outline the effects and uses of EEG heterodyning technology, tactics used by the human effects weapons test cells, and intended uses of the technology in the following pages.
The test cells are assigned a project, a human selected at random.
I have seen four screen shots of the interface for TAMI. There were 3 graphs representing the observer’s brainwaves, the subject’s brainwaves, and the third was the combined. The other screen looked like an oscilloscope with squares on a waveform on top and more squares hugging the waveform on the bottom. The squares jumped from one to the other waveform every so often.
The Department of Defense, NIH, DOE, NASA, DARPA, NASA and specifically the CIA neuroscientists have on the most part deciphered and mapped the average human brain. We are all just small variances from each other. There is currently a project underway analogous to the human genome project, called the Human Cognome Project2, which duplicates this effort. Of course due to the atrocities committed to weaponize this technology, the admission by these organizations is not forthcoming and the words “science fiction” are used instead to dupe the populous and keep them in their falsely secure reality of free, just, land of the brave America.
I should also mention here that the cyber hive mind configuration
of EEG heterdyning inherently causes schizophrenic symptoms among all the members melding their minds together. As you would expect you get many different focuses of attentions making each person appear as they have extreme ADD(attention deficit disorder) and scattered prolific thinking which is indicative of frontal right lobe over activity often found in this disorder. The induced electromagnetic schizophrenia is nearly indistinguishable from chemically caused symptoms without many other tests that almost no practicing psychologist or psychiatrist is trained to do nor would have the equipment. Functional MRI testing with EM shielding or other methods to jam the psychotronic signals would show the cause of the mental state clearly enough.
MKUTLRA program selection
The point of all the weapons testing and brain wave collecting is to improve the efficacy of the EEG heterodyning as a weapon. Selection seems to be from several criteria for the Manchurian MKULTRA program. First of all certain people are far more susceptible to hypnosis through electromagnetic brain entrainment. These people are jokingly referred to as the psychics by the weapons developers. Human effects testing is needs a random sample of the population including the elderly, women, and children. No one is except except the famous due to their power of persuasion of public opinion which would be a nightmare for the disinformation machine to cover up. I have interview many test victims from around the world. One of the most prestigious is the former Chief Medical Officer of Finland. Rani was very outspoken about what the US was doing to her but the discredulous public has been programed to dismiss accounts of mind reading and neurological influence as being science fiction. So to this day, many scientist still do not know about these technological feats or utter the phrase of those in the know but sworn to secrecy until the victimization of the worlds population is completed, ”That’s science fiction.” Professors, a Navy Seal, doctors, lawyers, scientists, politicians, police officers, nun, and many other professions have testified to me of their very identical stories that match the so called secret continuation of the MKULTRA project test objectives.
The random population data is slightly skewed by a bias in the selection process that clearly targets outspoken, liberal thinkers. There are several cases I have examined where people investigating certain public officials and whistle blowers in the government have been indoctrinated into the program. Yes, this really happens in America. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
The selected projects are paired with a weapons test cell which can be located anywhere is the world. My guess is that they are not located in the US in order to use the loopholes in the law prohibiting certain agencies and the DoD from experimenting on involuntary human subjects. There are so many hidden laws regarding this topic that have never been tested in the Supreme Court but allow this kind of behavior by borderline treasonous DoD funded groups. The mentality is that we sacrifice a few people for the safety of the whole. Totalitarianistic thinking is obsolete but still practiced by those not educated in philosophy and history, destined to repeat the mistakes of the past.
MKULTRA – would you like to be fried with that?
Spy games
Coordinated stalkings to make the victim feel outnumbered and paranoid. Practice for CIA trainees in tailing, surveillance, and intimidation. This was reported with the hundreds of victims I have interviewed and detailed from many documents gathered by the Freedom of Information act. In the book titled “Confessions of an economic hit man”, a conscientious former NSA employee and Harvard graduate details how the US uses these intimidation tactics in foreign politics.
High levels of stress are created to simulate war time or rioting stresses for the collection of the weapons testing data. It also has the effect of increasing the receptivity of bioelectromagnetic signals through decreasing the firing thresholds of neuronal groups as well as increasing the appearance of the victim as being disturbed and paranoid schizophrenic.
Practice break-ins into homes and cars for what is termed “black bag jobs”.
Minor vandalism for practice espionage and to further the paranoia of the targeted individual.

Head games
psychological warfare. Leading the mind down paths of irrationality to insensible, illogical conclusions to hide both technology and identity of operators. Useful in scientific and political espionage.
I found that the head games that are played with the subjects of research are used to create misinformation out on the web. Much is written by psychological operations warfare unit but other is accidentally written by victims who have not fully converged on an accurate model of reality.
One of the benefits of EEG heterodyning is the ability to nearly read everyone’s thoughts. This is useful for a technique that uses the targets own mind against them. All their paranoid thoughts are collected and made to become true. Who know one’s own weaknesses better than the enemy.
Interrogation scripts and tactics
Wizard of Oz is the name given to the style of confusing the interrogation subject. For example with potential terrorist suspects they will keep the subject awake for days, videotape them telling them something very personal, then turn forward the clock to get them to believe that the time of the possible attack has already passed thereby tricking them into confessing their devious plans if it exists. They replay the tapes to make them think that they already confessed and simply do not remember with fake papers and headlines with false dates, etc.
Fill in the blank, complete the sentence and word associations techniques of mind reading that they are practicing for information extraction based on stimulated response.
And of course, the Medieval techniques of intense pain and Chinese water torture of repetition to extract information. The benefit of EEG heterdyning is torture and interrogation from any location in the world without physical proof of the intense pain and misery, and less chance of the interogatee escaping through death.
One method of interrogation and information extraction suppresses the targets thoughts
to a subconscious level stupefying them while amplifying the brainwaves in the observers so that even the targets is unaware of their own recall of events.
[]
Testing integrated weapons and surveillance systems
I performed countless months of integration and testing for the DoD. Having the ability to observe high resolution infrared images and full spectrum tracking of targets is done synchronously with EEG and resonance signatures for accuracy. Through wall radar and other near field surveillance technologies by the MIR chip and single gigahertz pulse and ELF radar are used by CIA/DIA agents in training.
Tuning internal speech recognition software

Works by recognizing premotor cortex signals of speech muscles.
Being perfected for a mind reading E like network so thoughts can be policed.

Making a politician unpresentable by flatulence, screwing up his/her speeches, making them feel ill, causing skin rashes and break outs are just a few methods being tested as described by the thousands of American test victims.
All emotions can be very controlled. Including the emotion of panic which is very useful in failing lie detector tests and public speeches or a victim going to the FBI and police who have been instructed according to the former head of the LA FBI who is now a victim himself that they are not to get involved with military exercises.

Recreating the loyalty that the Japanese commanded from their Komakozis during WWII is the goal of one of the tests of the mind control project.

Combined intelligence structures are explored. But the results of the research are poor with destructive intelligence configurations and averaging of intelligences of all the participants.
With different tree structures of weighted influence, it is used for a covert method of spy communication to coordinate missions with electronic warfare capabilities.
brain mapping. emotional controls. personality overlays. Knowledge sharing.
Hypnosis
Simple behavior modification through hypnosis such as control of a nervous habit of biting nails to far more complex controls.
Both the auditory and visual cortex can be recorded and reassembled into images and sounds on a computer display. This was demonstrated with a cat, and published in one of the neural science magazines in the early 90s. The reverse is also true.
Ability to torture and subdue an entire population in event of a non-lethal bioelectromagnetic takeover or rioting and anti-government demonstrations
The reverse of creating Manchurian candidates. Can they keep a population irrationally apathetic and non-violent when being on a mind control leash and tortured for years is the question they are answering.
Miscellaneous experiments
Zero gauss environments and experimentation through scalar waves to see effects on brain in space and what might be expected when the earth’s magnetic poles reverse.
Medical experiments and psychotropic electrical inductions.
Since schizophrenia symptoms can be induced by lowering the neural firing thresholds, it could be be used in the reverse to reduce true cellular DNA caused schizophrenia.
Spinal injuries can be by-passed in some cases. By picking up nerves firing in the extremities and mapping it to the brain signals and vice versa is possible. Superman, Christopher Reeves, could have been saved if this technology had not been coveted by the military and so called security agencies.
Electronic drugs recorded from drug users are tested on victims. Most victims describe having electronic drugs tested on them such as: “stoned”, induced caffeine or metha-amphetimene like stimulant, a hallucingenic like LSD or weaponized version called BZ have universally been described by involuntary testers.
Heart attacks, hypothermia, arrhythmias, and vasoconstriction are all used in the kill mode but when civilians take control of the technology potentially cardiovascular health could be achieved.
Dr. Becker’s book “The Body Electric” describes bioelectric currents applied to fractures and injuries heal faster and more fully.
Addictions have been thoroughly explored by the Russians with prisoners using these techniques. Suppressing detrimental addictive urges has been concurred by both hypnosis and pleasure signal suppression. However it is currently used as a weapon to cause early deaths for targets and some weapons test victims to silence them.
Hormonal releases, like adrenaline and pituitary functions, or other neurologically stimulated hormones can be controlled with obvious beneficial and detrimental effects on the body.
Asthmatic symptoms are induced in victims as well as hyperstimulated cilia and bronchial dilation.
Bladder urges are useful to control a social situation.
Memory enhancement and erasure. Brain rhythm tuning for increase performance.
Visual and auditory acuity changes from poor to enhanced.
Control of hunger is important. Populations that are hungry and begin to war or riot can be made to feel no hunger and just waste away quietly.
An example of how pathetic this research and the weapons imaginators are, over stimulation of the parastalic movement of the intestine, believe it or not as a way to make a target unappealing and further the isolation process is reported from a couple victims. Don’t laugh but they invented a fart weapon as part of the capabilities of this sickeningly disturbed new weapon of mass destruction. It can also cause improper gestation and cause medical issues through upsetting the intestines natural balance of flora and bacteria.
cancers, diabetes by control sugar levels with microwave energies is listed in the world health organizations literature. side effects from high stress level in victims: zits, hair loss, rashes, autoimmune diseases, hemorrhoids.
Remote Assassinations and dial in lethal capabilities of misnamed, non-lethal weapons
Heart attacks and arrhythmias are the preferred method. A runaway process of panic, adrenaline, and cardiovascular stresses including vasoconstriction has extensively been written about in a hypothetical manner by American and Russian scientists researching bioelectric weaponization. All victims reports experiencing this being practiced on them. Several long time psychotronic victims have died of heart attacks the year of the writing this book.
Psychotronic Generators
I have included a section especially dedicated to this diabolical software. The U.S. has a couple different assassin groups one is physical and the other group is in this psychic warfare organization. We have passed laws that we can not assassinate foreign leaders but it says nothing about using someone else to do it through EEG heterodyning.
Mimicking symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia is how the cover up works. The stalkings by CIA trainees are used to raise the paranoia levels of the test subjects as well as have them report to authorities the classic paranoid schizophrenic symptom, “Agents or Mafia are following me”. Cyber hive mind EEG heterodyning configuration naturally creates seemingly multiple personalities, ADD (attention deficit disorder), and even rapid eye movement associated with psychotic disorders especially if done with misshapen minds. Add in microwave hearing or “voice to skull” technology and viola, you can discredit anyone. The mind has no firewall.
Development of automated torture programs are in the works in various forms. One program replays prerecorded pains at brain wave trigger points. Another they are still working on with limited success is an automated sentence stimulator that keeps the victim talking to themselves in an endless denial of service attack on the human mind.
Protocol
In order for these inhumane test causing death in many test subject to be approved, their marketing strategy was to say that the tests are reasonable because they will have at least one person EEG heterodyned that feels exactly everything the test subject feels. This is flawed thinking. It is equivalent to saying that the rapist and his victim share the same experience but clearly this is not the case.
Entrainment Disruptors
Sensory stimulation out of sync with the EM brain syncing signals will disrupt a psychotronic attack. Changing frequency of strobe lights, music, or synchronizing with the hypnotube, TV, might provide temporary relief.
Shielding
Why is shielding so difficult?
Preheterodyned penetration frequency changes and ELF waves can penetrate anything. So heterdoyned microwaves with an ELF intersection should be translucent to most anything except cyclotronic ion resonance for example at the point of intersection and that energy absorption or addition transfered back to the original microwave frequency…………
Also resonances of body all modulate body electricity at different wavelengths heart, nervous system, body, head, etc., so any of these wavelength can be used to read electric activity with varying degrees of signal to noise ratio…………………
Blocking the ULF EM or pulsed microwave brain resonance reading by shielding, active dampening, or jamming…………..
Blocking the brain training ELF signals………..
How to take out the bioelectromagnetic weapons system that are being used to torture Americans and other citizens of the world………..

Urban Reasoning and Geospatial Exploitation Technology (URGENT)
Urban Reasoning and Geospatial Exploitation Technology (URGENT)
[washington: both the trash can and the bombs]
Program Manager: Dr. Todd Hughes
Mission:
The recognition of targets in urban environments poses unique operational challenges for the warfighter. Historically, target recognition has focused on conventional military objects, with particular emphasis on military vehicles such as tanks and armored personnel carriers. In many cases, these threats exhibit unique signatures and are relatively geographically isolated from densely populated areas. The same cannot be said of today’s asymmetric threats, which are embedded in urban areas, thereby forcing U.S. Forces to engage enemy combatants in cities with large civilian populations. Under these conditions, even the most common urban objects can have tactical significance: trash cans can contain improvised explosive devices, doors can conceal snipers, jersey barriers can block troop ingress, roof tops can become landing zones, and so on. Today’s urban missions involve analyzing a multitude of urban objects in the area of regard. As military operations in urban regions have grown, the need to identify urban objects has become an important requirement for the military. Understanding the locations, shapes, and classifications of objects is needed for a broad range of pressing urban mission planning analytical queries (e.g., finding all roof top landing zones on three story buildings clear of vertical obstructions and verifying ingress routes with maximum cover for ground troops). In addition, it will enable automated time-sensitive situation analysis (e.g., alerting for vehicles found on a road shoulder after dark and estimating damage to a building exterior after an explosion) that will make a significant positive impact on urban operations.
